1. Do you offer refunds or order cancellations?
No. All sales at ATHENIX CLOTHING are final. We do not allow cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
2. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, but only in the case of manufacturing defects within 5 days of receiving the order.
3. Can I exchange products bought during a sale?
No. No exchanges or returns are allowed during sales, clearance, or discount offers.
4. How do I initiate an exchange?
Please record a video highlighting the defect and send it via WhatsApp at +91 7901903473. Our team will review and arrange a pickup.
5. What condition should the product be in for exchange?
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
6. What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock?
If the same item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit of equal value or an exchange with another design of the same value.
7. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
9. Who pays international customs duties and taxes?
Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in their country.
10. How long does delivery take?
Domestic: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
International: 5–10 working days (depending on country).
11. How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (rarely up to 5–7 days).
12. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment online.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
Through Razorpay, we accept:

14. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Razorpay, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards. Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.
15. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at contactathenixclothing@gmail.com. If the order is not yet dispatched, we’ll update it. If it’s already shipped, reshipping charges will apply.
16. What happens if delivery fails?
Our courier partners make up to 3 attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and a store credit/gift card will be issued.
17. Can I change my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make modifications. Please review carefully before checkout.
18. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

19. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Store credits may be issued as gift cards in case of exchanges or failed deliveries.
